Membership Credit Reward

  • Platinum REN EIA Members receive a credit back reward on qualified purchases (see below for exclusions). Only purchases made by corporate account will be eligible. Purchases made prior to enrollment do not qualify for the Credit Reward.

  • The credit reward is issued within first 3 months of the calendar year and reflects Credit Rewards earned from enrolment date to December 31st.

Calculation of credit reward

Credit Reward is based on TOTAL ANNUAL spend with Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel. Total annual credit does not include taxes, gratuities or refunds.

Credit Rewards are not calculated:

(i) on purchases that have a discount included in it;

(ii) on accumulated purchases below $10,000 in total spend OR $12,000 in business transient only;

(iii) on purchases in restaurants, Starbucks, leisure travel or anything outside of sales and events managed transactions;

(iv) where prohibited by law or regulation;

(v) on purchases made outside of the business account;

(vi) on certain other categories as determined at Platinum Investments Ltd. discretion, which may change without notice.

(vii) on meetings or events that come through a third party agent.

Using the Credit Reward

The Credit Reward certificate is electronically mailed within the first 3 months of the calendar year to the primary name on account. The Credit Reward may be used toward future purchases in catering, meeting room rental, event space rental and/or complimentary room nights within the calendar year (of issuance of the credit reward). Credit rewards may NOT be carried over to subsequent years and will expire on December 31st of the same year of (issuance
date). Credit Rewards may NOT be combined with any other account holder within the organization.

*Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel reserves the right in its discretion to discontinue or change the Credit Reward program at any time, or to disqualify or cancel members' participation.
